MR-3839 is an OES front magnetic strut for the 2015-2020 short and long wheelbase GMC Yukon 1500, Yukon SL 1500 and Sierra (K2xx) with MagneRide. This universal strut fits both the right and the left side of the GMC SUVs. The magnetically controlled strut from Arnott provides the same highly adaptive ride as the OE. The monotube damper is filled with magnetorheological fluid which is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil that contains easily magnetized iron particles. The two electromagnetic coils inside the damper instantly change the bonds between the magnetized iron particles altering the viscosity and stiffness of the suspension when turned on.
